ABOUT THE AUTHOR

ODDESS BLOCKER born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is a South Philadelphia Native.  She is a recent graduate of Peirce College in Philadelphia, with a degree in Business Administration.  She’s currently employed as a clerk typist for the Philadelphia Housing Authority’s Tenant Support Services and is also a part time dance and drama instructor for Neighborhood’s United Against Drugs.  This thirty five year old mother of four was inspired to write her first novel, My Brother’s Three, after a string of murders in South Philadelphia during the late 90’s, and early millennium.  Many of these murders held heavy on Oddess’ heart because three of the victims were brothers of one of her closest friends, Nakia Jackson, as well as personal friends of Oddess.  Although the events in this story are considered fictional, they tell a story untold.
